⚠️ IMPORTANT – Before Using the Remote Control

Before using the remote control, all candles must first be switched ON by gently twisting the base of each candle to the ON position.

The remote control will only operate candles that have been switched ON.

 

🔋 Getting Started

Batteries: New batteries have been installed in every candle.

Quality Checked: Every candle has been individually tested prior to packing to ensure it is working correctly.

Switch On: Gently twist the base of each candle to the ON position before using the remote control.

 

🎮 Using the Remote Control

Two remote controls are included for your convenience. Either remote can operate all of the candles.

The included 10-key remote controls allow you to operate all candles within a range of approximately 5–10 metres. For best results, start close to the candles and press the ON button several times while moving around the display until all candles have switched on.

 

Remote Functions

⏻ ON/OFF: Turns all candles on or off.

⏱️ TIMER: Automatically switches the candles off after 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours.

The timer repeats every 24 hours until changed.

🕯️ MODE: Candle – Creates a realistic dancing flame effect.

Light – Produces a steady candlelight while the dancing flame continues to move.

🔆 DIM: Adjust the brightness level using the DIM buttons.

🕯️ Candle Holder Fit

To help the candles fit securely in a wide range of candle holders, each candle is fitted with a clear stabilising band around the base.

The band can be removed if it is not required for your candle holders.

Spare bands are included in the candle box should you need to replace or refit one.

 

✨ Realistic Dancing Flame

The realistic dancing flame is designed to respond to gentle airflow.

Occasionally, after transport or handling, the flame may stop moving. This will usually correct itself, but if needed, a gentle blow on the flame will usually get it moving again.

☀️ Keep away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.

💧 Do not immerse the candles in water.

🤲 Handle with care and avoid dropping the candles.

 

📦 Before Returning

Please:

Twist the base of each candle to the OFF position.

Return all candles and remote controls to their original packaging, ready for collection or return.
